DESCRIBES A TEST PROGRAMME UNDERTAKEN BY THE US AIR MOVEMENT AND CONTROL ASSOCIATION (AMCA) ON AXIAL FLOW FANS TO DETERMINE SYSTEM EFFECT FACTORS FOR VARYING LENGTHS OF OUTLET DUCT AND THE EFFECTS OF 2 AND 4PIECE MITRED ELBOWS INSTALLED IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE TEST FAN INLETS AND OUTLETS.
