Summary

THE TEMPERATURE DEPENDENCES OF THE PARALLEL AND PERPENDICULAR CRITICAL MAGNETIC FIELDS OF NIOBIUM-GERMANIUM FILMS OBTAINED BY CATHODE SPUTTERING ARE MEASURED. SUCH ELECTRON CHARACTERISTICS AS THE DENSITY OF STATES NEAR THE FERMI ENERGY, THE ELECTRON VELOCITY AT THE FERMI SURFACE, AREA OF THE FERMI SURFACE, MEAN FREE PATH ETC. ARE DETERMINED. IN ADDITION, SUCH PARAMETERS OF THE SUPERCONDUCTING STATE AS THE PENETRATION DEPTH OF THE FIELD INTO THE SUPERCONDUCTOR, COHERENCE LENGTH, GINZBURG-LANDAU PARAMETER, CRITICAL MAGNETIC FIELD STRENGTH AT T = 0 ARE ALSO DETERMINED. A CORRELATION BETWEEN THE CRITICAL TEMPERATURE AND THE FERMI SURFACE IS FOUND FOR A15 SUPERCONDUCTORS.
