THIS WORK CONTRIBUTES TO THE STUDY OF REFRIGERANT-ABSORBENT COMBINATIONS. TEST STUDIES ON VAPOUR PRESSURE, SOLUBILITY, VISCOSITY AND STABILITY WERE MADE WITH A SELECTION OF FLUIDS COMBINED WITH AMMONIA AND METHYLAMINE AS REFRIGERANTS AND WITH ORGANIC LIQUIDS AND AQUEOUS SOLUTIONS AS ABSORBENTS. THE RESULTS ARE GIVEN IN DIAGRAMS.
