Summary
Taking a new-built office building in Shanghai as example, the article presents the integrated operating mode, simulates and calculates the whole year operating characteristics. The results show that the new mode decreases the air-conditioning power consumption in the daytime, while eliminating the annual soil temperature increase as a result of unbalanced heating and cooling loads.
