Summary
This paper puts forward an energy comprehensive utilization system, the Electricity Heat and Chilled Water Cogenerating System. This system introduces a H2O-LiBr absorption refrigerating machine into heat and power plant to increase the heat load of the plant in summer, that can balance the heat load in summer and winter, so heat and power plant can run in a high efficiency. This paper also expounded and proved the feasibility of H2O-LiBr absorption refrigerating machine running as heat pump in winter. Analysis shows that this system can not only save energy, but also increase the output of electric power of heat and power plant and protect the environment.
