Summary
Exact numerical solutions, essentially free of empiricism, were obtained for fully developed turbulent forced convention in concentric circular annuli with uniform heating on the inner wall and no heat transfer the through the outer wall. The numerically computed values of Nu are represented almost exactly as a function. (See also this Bulletin, reference 2005-2482.)
