Summary

Even though the environment systems chosen for the Meuse county seat, in Bar-le-Duc, France, are conventional (heating floor and central air-treatment plants), extensive studies were necessary, because of the glass architecture of one of the two buildings. Programing and teleprocessing enabled the builders to accomodate comfort demand while keeping energy costs low.
