IT IS POINTED OUT THAT THE MEASUREMENT OF THE COOLING CAPACITY BY THE ENTHALPY DIFFERENCE METHOD (3% ERROR) AND THE TEST TUNNEL METHOD (0.6% ERROR) IS BASED ON THE GENERAL DEFINITION AND MEASUREMENT OF THE COOLING CAPACITY BY THE ROOM HEAT BALANCE METHOD WHICH IS VERY CLOSE TO THE TRUE VALUE (ERROR LESS THAN 0.5%).
