Summary
The paper describes the activities of the NVKL, the actual legislation referring to the phase out of HCFCs and measures taken in the Netherlands for the bridging period. The EC Council Directive 3093/94 has been adopted by the national law AMvB 657 and the EU timetable for the phase out of HCFCs (31.12 2014) will be met.
