Summary

IN THE PAPER 2 MODELS DESCRIBING TRANSPORT PHENOMENA IN ROTARY HEAT EXCHANGERS ARE CONSIDERED: ONE DISREGARDING AND THE OTHER INCLUDING HEAT CONDUCTION IN THE MATRIX. BOTH MODELS ARE DESCRIBED BY THE SYSTEM OF ENERGY CONSERVATION EQUATIONS WHICH IS SOLVED BY ANALYTICAL METHODS. ON THE BASIS OF THESE SOLUTIONS THE EFFECT OF THE MATRIX LONGITUDINAL HEAT CONDUCTION ON THE TEMPERATURE FIELDS OF GASES AND MATRIX IS STUDIED.
