The effect of regenerator performance on a liquid-desiccant air conditioner.
Author(s) : LOWENSTEIN A. I., DEAN M. H.
Summary
The performance of a lithium chloride liquid-desiccant air conditioner was modeled with the following four types of regenerators: 1) air-dried, packed-bed units; 2) simple boilers; 3) multiple-effect boilers; and 4) engine-driven, vapour-compression distillation units. Results of the different regenerators on performance are given.
