IN SOME INDUSTRIES, THE WORKMEN ARE EXPOSED TO A THERMAL RADIATION WHICH, EVEN MODERATE (170 TO 350 W/M2 ), CREATES SIGNIFICANT OCCUPATIONAL DANGERS. THE CHARACTERISTICS OF VENTILATION FOR IMPROVING WORKING CONDITIONS AND ITS ECONOMIC EFFECT WERE STUDIED.
