The implementation of HFC-based projects under the Multilateral Fund: developments and future trends.

Summary

The Multilateral Fund was established in 1990 by the Second Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol to enable Article 5 countries to implement the Protocol control measures applicable to them. The Fund meets the agreed incremental costs needed to achieve this compliance according to guidelines and criteria decided by its Executive Committee.
