Type of article: Article
Summary
Saving energy used by cooling towers is done essentially by reducing the electric power they consume and it is therefore most efficient to properly control the operation of the blower attached to the cooling tower. Several methods for this pupose are presented in the article. Unnecessary evaporation can be prevented by properly adjusting the load per flow rate of air.
