The performance of a multistage condensing steam jet ejector.

Summary

This paper presents the performance of a steam jet ejector. Three variables, namely the motive steam pressure, mass flow rate of motive steam and dry air suction load, that have effects on the suction pressure are investigated. The maximum effect on the suction pressure is found to be the motive steam pressure. The two-stage ejector systems, with and without the condenser, are also investigated for the performances.
