Summary
The author explains the proposals by the ANEFRYC (Spanish national association of the refrigeration and air conditioning manufacturers) in order to make up for consequences of too quick a phasing out of the production of current refrigerants. The government is to take measures to avoid a possible refrigerant shortage, for which the industrial users would not be responsible. These measures are explained.
