Summary
Three examples of achievements in the service building sector are given and illustrate the working method of an engineering agency for climatic integration of buildings on their site: incorporation of the engineer at the architectural phase, formalization of the steps of the project and the climatic themes, approach and climatic work methodology. The results are given concerning energy saving and comfort level. J.L.
