Summary
The special economic situation in Russia requires a special approach to solving the problems of transfer to ozone-safe refrigerants. A limited range of refrigerants for domestic, commercial and industrial refrigerating equipment is recommended. The article describes the translation into internal legislation of the Vienna Convention and the Montreal Protocol.
