Summary
A COMPUTER PROGRAM WAS DEVELOPED FOR SIMULATING AIR TEMPERATURE, VELOCITY AND STATIC PRESSURE, AS WELL AS THE TEMPERATURE OF COLD-STORED PRODUCTS. THE CALCULATED RESULTS ARE COM-PARED WITH MEASUREMENTS. THE DESIGN OF COLD STORES CAN BE IMPROVED BY USING THE RESULTS OF THIS RESEARCH.
