Summary
Gas dynamic and energy aspects of the process of gas interaction with a cryogenic surface during condensation are considered. It is shown that in real systems with cryogenic pumping-off, the maxwellian distribution of gas molecules by their velocities is disturbed, which results in an increase of the intensity of gas molecules coming to the cryogenic surface. It is also shown that the average energy of forward motion of molecules to cryosurface is 1/3 higher than the average energy of molecules in the separated volume. The conclusions of this work make it possible to make more accurate calculations of the coefficient of condensation during interaction of gases with a cryogenic surface.
