Summary
THE THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY OF GD3GA5O12 SAMPLES USED FOR CONTINUOUS MAGNETIC COOLING WAS MEASURED BETWEEN 60 MK AND 20 K. THE AUTHORS OBSERVED IT WAS REDUCED BY 20 TO 30% WHEN A MAGNETIC FIELD (H = 2 AND 7 T) WAS APPLIED.
