Summary

EXPERIMENTAL DATA ON THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY OF LANTHANUM-THALLIUM-BASED HIGH-CRITICAL TEMPERATURE SUPERCONDUCTORS AT TEMPERATURES ABOVE SUPERCONDUCTING TRANSITION ARE CONSIDERED. THE EFFECT OF OXYGEN CONTENT ON TEMPERATURE DEPENDENCE OF THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY IS DISCUSSED FOR SAMPLES OF 1 ; 2 ; 3-TYPE MATERIALS. THE AUTHORS EXPRESS THE HYPOTHESIS THAT THE ANOMALIES OF THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY ARE RELATED TO STRUCTURAL PHASE TRANSITIONS AND ORDERING OF OXYGEN VACANCIES.
