Thermal environment with underfloor air conditioning system.
Author(s) : YOKOYAMA K., INOUE T.
Summary
Describes an evaluation of the thermal performance of an underfloor air conditioning system, which is a low-pressure plenum system using fan-powered units. Experiments were carried out and finally the air quality was evaluated by measuring the concentration of contaminants during smoking. The above experiment was also carried out on a conventional ceiling air supply system. Both systems are compared.
