Summary
A thermodynamic cycle in a solid-state cooling line is considered; it includes two segnetoelectric condensers having electrocaloric effect (EC). Equations to determine COP and efficiency versus Carnot cycle for the EC-cooling line are obtained. When the temperature change in cycle ?T = 2K and temperature of cold condensator BST is 271.6 K versus Carnot cycle is 0.6. The research is carried out in the frames of the federal program “Development of scientific potential of the Higher school”, project 2.1.2/5063.
