Summary

Thermodynamic properties of R142b, namely saturated densities, vapour pressures and PVT properties, were measured and the critical parameters were determined through those experimental results. The correlations for vapour pressure, saturated liquid density and PVT properties deduced from those experimental results were compared with the measured data and also with the estimates of the other correlations published in the literature. The thermodynamic functions, such as enthalpy, entropy, heat capacity etc, could be considered to be reasonably estimated by the expression reported in the paper.
