Summary

THE THERMOELECTRIC PHENOMENA OCCURRING IN JOSEPHSON TANTALUM-COPPER-TANTALUM SANDWICHES ARE INVESTIGATED EXPERIMENTALLY WITHIN THE TEMPERATURE RANGE FROM 0.8 TRANSITION TEMPERATURE TO THE CRITICAL TRANSITION TEMPERATURE OF SUPERCONDUCTING TANTALUM. THE QUANTITATIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF A THERMOELECTRIC ANALOGUE OF THE JOSEPHSON EFFECT ARE ANALYSED AND THE POSSIBILITY OF ITS SPECIFIC USE IN THE STUDIES OF THERMOELECTRIC PROCESSES IN SUPERCONDUCTORS IS CONSIDERED. THE JUNCTION EQUIVALENT CIRCUIT IS PROPOSED, WHICH DESCRIBES THE NONEQUILIBRIUM PROCESSES AT NS INTERFACES IN THE PRESENCE OF TEMPERATURE GRADIENT. THE CALCULATION IS IN GOOD AGREEMENT WITH EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS.
