Summary
The thin type inverter air conditioner for railway vehicles is much more compact and lighter (a reduction of about 30% in mass per unit of cooling capacity) compared with conventional types. The COP was also greatly improved. This unit can be easily installed on to the body of any vehicle and can be adjusted for use with different types of power supplies.
