Summary
The Hamilton theory of superfluid liquid with a free boundary is developed. Nonlinear amplitudes of the parametric Cherenkov radiation of the surface wave by the second sound and the inner decay of the second sound waves are found. Threshold amplitudes of the second sound waves for these two processes are determined.
