Summary

THE SIMULATION IS USED TO PREDICT THE TRANSIENT VARIATION OF PARAMETERS DURING THE START-UPS OR VARIABLE OPERATING CONDITION AND TO ANALYZE THE PARAMETERS WHICH AFFECT THE STEADY STATE CONDITION. BY APPLYING THE CONTINUITY, ENERGY AND HEAT TRANSFER EQUATIONS TO EACH CONTROL VOLUME OF THIS SYSTEM, A SERIES OF MATHEMATICAL MODELS OF THERMODYNAMICAL PROCESSES SUCH AS COOLING, CONDENSING, SUBCOOLING, EVAPORATING AND SUPERHEATING HAVE BEEN OBTAINED. THE BASIC MATHEMATICAL MODELS ARE ALSO SUITABLE FOR THE SINGLE STAGE VAPOUR COMPRESSION REFRIGERATION SYSTEM.
