Summary

ROTARY COMPRESSORS ARE HIGHLY EFFICIENT, COMPACT AND LIGHTWEIGHT MACHINES, HOWEVER, LARGE CAPACITY COMPRESSORS ARE NOT EASY TO DEVELOP BECAUSE OF CONSTRUCTIONAL LIMITATIONS ON OPERATING PERFORMANCE, SPACE REQUIREMENTS AND MACHINING AND ASSEMBLY CONSTRAINTS. THE AUTHORS HAVE DEVELOPED A SERIES OF TWIN CYLINDER COMPRESSORS WITH REDUCED MECHANICAL VIBRATION, THUS ENABLING THE PRODUCTION OF QUIETER AND MORE EFFICIENT AIR CONDITIONERS.
