Summary

An ISO standard was published recently on remote monitoring of refrigerated containers at sea. In response to the problem a new high data rate system has been produced which is compatible with one of the systems at present in use. The design takes note of the continual change of operators in the reefer business by enhancing user friendliness. Various data menus are available, from an overall view only of logged data, to a full current state and history view with ability to execute new commands. D.W.H.
