Use of computer modelling techniques to investigate aspects involved in cold air distribution systems.
Author(s) : ROSE P. M., SEYMOUR M. J.
Summary
At present the technology of cold air systems is not extensively used in the United Kingdom; however, there are indications that it is an expanding market. Part of the problem is the lack of design guidance to aid those involved with the specification and installation of such systems. Advice is particularly required in the area of air supply to the occupied zones. This paper describes a program of work aimed at addressing that situation. Guidance as to the best implementation of the concept of cold air distribution is discussed.
