Summary
This is the first part of the paper dealing with utilizing of condensation heat as low-temperature heat source for compression heat pump. The authors have emphasized a close connection between power generation and refrigeration as well as necessity of utilizing of all sources of waste heat including condensation heat. The authors have discussed problems on the basis of the exemplary case: artificial ice rink. Condensation heat for various thermal loads have been determined. Design of heat recovery spot as a low temperature heat source for compression heat pump in application to heating of ice rink main hall and apartment buildings have been presented.
