Summary
Current energy-saving methods at the level of HVAC systems of clean rooms concern essentially prevention of energy wasting. However, energy saving design is possible. Even though it is difficult to make a judgement based on figures, as this technology is still recent, these solutions should not be overlooked in a context in which energy is increasingly costly.
