CORRECT WATER TREATMENT REQUIRES AN APPRECIATION OF THE WAY THE TREATMENT CHEMICALS MAY REACT WITH EACHOTHER. A FAULTY SYSTEM WAS FOUND TO BE OVERDOSED WITH INHIBITORS AND SHOWED THAT THE BIOCIDE DOSING WAS INEFFECTIVE IN ALKALINE WATER. THE SITE SURVEY ALSO REVEALED DANGEROUS STORAGE OF CHEMICALS. A.R.T.
