WEATHERPROOFING AND PROTECTION OF COLD CIRCUITS INSULATION BY EMPLOYMENT OF GLASS REINFORCED POLYESTER CLADDING MATERIAL.
ETANCHEITE ET PROTECTION DES ISOLATIONS DES FRIGORIFIQUES PAR L'EMPLOI DE REVETEMENT PREFABRIQUE EN PLASTIQUE ARME.
Author(s) : GUINAUD A.
Summary
WHEN TIGHTNESS IS WEAK, INSULATING MATERIAL LOSES PROGRESSIVELY A GREAT PART OF ITS PROPERTIES, THAT INVOLVES APPRECIABLE DISORDERS AND ENERGY WASTES. GLASS REINFORCED POLYESTER CLADDING MATERIALS HAVE SUCH QUALITIES AND PERFORMANCES THAT THEY CONSTITUTE AN EXCELLENT VAPOUR BARRIER AND A PROTECTION FOR INSULATING MATERIALS, EVEN IN CORROSIVE OR VERY HUMID MEDIUM. THESE PROPERTIES HAVE BEEN DEMONSTRATED BY THE ACHIEVEMENTS REALIZED FOR MORE THAN 5 YEARS IN CHEMICAL PLANTS OR FOOD PROCESSING.
