The opening ceremony of the 52nd International HVACR Congress and Exhibition was led by the President of the Association for HVAC and by the Vice President of the Serbian Union of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
The 52nd International Congress and Exhibition on HVAC was held on December 1-3, 2021, in Belgrade's Belexpocenter. Over 1,600 registered participants visited the exhibition, which had over 100 stands, and watched the exhibition in the halls, and more than 130 participants watched the simultaneously translated programme online.
The opening ceremony was led by Prof. Dr Branislav Todorović, President of the Association for HVAC and Prof. Dr. Milovan Zivkovic, Vice President of SMEITS (Serbian Union of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering).
At the traditional gala dinner, on the second day of the event, the annual awards of the Society for HVAC were presented.
As part of the student programme of the 52nd Congress, students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade visited the distribution center of Energy Net and got acquainted with the ecosystem of that large company.
Taking care of the health of the participants, the company Systemair provided contactless sanitizers for hand disinfection.
