Results and highlights
The ENOUGH project is holding a webinar on December 1, 2022, where results and highlights from the project’s first year will be presented.
The food sector is responsible for the 1/3 of the global greenhouse gas emissions, quantified to 16 Gt in 2020. Emissions from the conventional cooling technologies account for 7% of the global GHG emissions. This marks the urgent need to deploy new technologies to build a clean, efficient, robust, and resilient food supply chain of the future and meeting the SDGs. It is also crucial to raise awareness among different stakeholders.
Considering these important aspects, ENOUGH is arranging a webinar where panelists will share high level thoughts on how the project is proceeding to cut emissions from the food supply chain. As the main event highlights, both technological and non-technological solutions adopted by the project will be presented together with an overview of about ENOUGH demonstrators.
