May 22, 2025: Webinar on the recent advances in food freezing

Organised as part of the IIR Commission C2 Working Group on “Data and Modelling Tools for Food Refrigeration and the Cold Chain”, this one-hour webinar will showcase the latest freezing technologies developed within the ENOUGH project. Hosted by London South Bank University, this one-day workshop will bring together key retail stakeholders to explore practical strategies for sustainability.
