Update on HFC Regulations in the United States
The latest regulatory implementations by the EPA under the AIM Act for the HFC phasedown.
The American Innovation and Manufacturing (AIM) Act, enacted in 2020, is the U.S. law designed to phase down hydrofluorocarbon (HFCs) production and consumption. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is responsible for its implementation and enforcement.
