Résumé
Les substances antimicrobiennes obtenues par fractionnement par le méthanol et extraction par l'acétone présentent une forte activité antimicrobienne vis-à-vis de Shigella dysenteriae à pH 4,8-5,5. Ces substances inhibitrices sont stables après traitement à 100 deg C pendant 30 minutes et peuvent se conserver à 4-5 deg C pendant plus de trois mois.
