Résumé

The treatments applied were respective CO2 and O2 concentrations of 4-1.5, 3-1.5, 3-1, 2-1 or 1-1 kPa at 1 °C and 3-1 kPa at 0 °C. Relative humidity was maintained at around 97%. After 10 months storage, fruit firmness, total soluble solids, titratable acidity, internal breakdown, scald and rots were evaluated. The best results were obtained with 2 or 3 kPa CO2 combined with 1 kPa O2.
