Résumé

The post-harvest handling losses of citrus fruits are 5.10% in most developed countries and 25.30% in developing countries such as India. This is mainly due to the unscientific practices of picking, handling, packaging, transport and storage. This article reviews the post-harvest treatments which have enabled minimization of post-harvest losses in the last decade.
