Résumé

The effects of different fertilizer backgrounds and storage temperature on the reducing sugar content in potato tubers and the quality of chips produced from such potatoes were investigated. Potatoes of 10 varieties belonging to different maturity groups were grown in the plots with different fertilizer levels. The results obtained are described.
