Summary

The general environmental goals of the Elf Atochem company for its industrial sites in Europe are as follows: to develop safe and high-performance technologies for the environment, to reduce the impact of production sites on the environment, to minimise waste generated by Elf's activity and treat such waste in an environmentally safe manner, to conserve resources, to work with customers and public authorities in perfecting products by minimising their impact on health and the environment, to develop effective methods and to train personnel in industrial safety and environmental protection.
