Summary
The fitting out of a storage facility with indirect cooling using a heat fluid carrier is mainly an economic or ecological matter of choice. Conditions for optimal fruit preservation will include a large exchange area and permanent air mix through an adjustable, conveniently shaped ventilation device. Both of these elements are more important then the search for the narrowest temperature difference.
