Summary

Since HVAC control and systems play an essential role in the achieving of a well balanced energy saving, comfort and productivity in the "Cool Biz" environment, it is important to fully understand its functions and behaviour. Since this system is based on occupant cooperation for energy saving, "occupant" participating environmental control is discussed.
