Summary
The idea is to reduce energy in air conditioning, raising indoor air temperature by 2°C through the summer season. This system is based on the consideration that the perceived temperature can be lowered by devising wearing. However, the perceived temperature being deeply related to indoor air relative humidity, it is a minimum requirement for achieving "Cool Biz" for certain to control humidity properly with air-conditioning equipment. The paper describes the air handling unit for controlling humidity precisely under partly-loaded conditions.
