Summary
The aim of this paper is to provide the air conditioning engineer with a clear set of guidelines for use in the design of the air distribution system for a low pressure variable air volume system. Practical guidelines for good design and installation are provided. The paper also highlights many of the common pitfalls, which may result in a system which does not live up to expectations.
