Summary

Nine French manufacturers representing various sectors of the agricultural food industry and looking for a continuous increase of the purity, freshness, natural taste and better conservation of their products, have combined forces in order to launch a vast joint research programme in the field of food and drinks processing and packaging free from any contamination. This joint research programme is called "Ultraclean Factory for Food Industry", and Unir Association has been created for the purpose of this programme and will remain at the end of the programme. Its members have wished to perpetuate its action in order to valorize the common results and the cooperation.
